Can it really be THAT Simple?!
OK, this is so simple but can be so profound. I was at the lab today awaiting my blood work and picked up a book on Water. Yes, I said WATER. How many of us drink the recommended amount of water every day? I know I don't. And I can tell you, my kids definately do not. But I am going to work on that, because every page of the book made sense. Our bodies are mostly made up of water and without the adequate amount we can feel foggy, sluggish, tired and distracted. They talk about Chronic Unintentional Dehydration and how it mimics other ailments. So how about treating ADHD with water not Ritalin? Or at least trying it first or in conjunction with other treatments. What can it hurt? Here's a few links to more reading on this subject.
